Our beautiful villa is ideally situated in the quite residential community of Eagle Pointe, Poinciana Blvd, just south off Highway 192. It is only 12-20 minutes from the major theme parks of Disney, Universal, and Sea World. 5 minutes from Wal-Mart, many restaurants, shops and attractions. There are over 20 golf courses within 30 minutes drive.

The private screened pool overlooks the lake (fishing permitted), and the SW aspect enjoys the sun from mid morning to sunset.

The villa is our second home, and as such is decorated, equipped, and maintained to very high standards. Many guests return year after year.

Sleeping up to 9, it is ideal for two families, or provides oceans of space for one family.
