Easy steps to booking

*   Check availability by looking at the Availability Calendar page.
*   Check dates you require.
*   Click the Booking Form button on the right
*   Complete the enquiry form and Submit

We will respond by email as quickly as possible to confirm availability and quoting the cost of your holiday.

Once you have advised that you wish to proceed with the booking we will require the deposit within 7 days.

On receipt of the deposit we will confirm your booking.

The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Once the balance has been paid, we will forward directions together with security codes for the key lock box, and alarm system.

Your security bond will be returned the week after your stay provided there has been no damage.

Payment

We will accept cheques in GBP drawn on a UK bank or checks in USD drawn on a US bank.

If you have online banking facilities, you can transfer money directly into either our UK or US bank accounts

You can pay using any major credit or debit card, but we are obliged to levy a 3.5% transaction charge.
